What is the biggest challenge of being an IB? How do you deal with it?

Sometimes, clients complain about small errors, such as slow withdrawals or new account has to wait for a long time to be approved... I would advise customers to wait a few minutes, then I will contact the support team to ask them to check and processing it as soon as possible, once the results are available, I immediately notify clients.

In your opinion, what makes an IB successful?

Clients always trust you. Always choose a reputable partner with favourable trading conditions and strategies.

What do you believe was the key factor in securing the 1st place in the contest?

I have been checking the regional leaderboard daily and encouraging my clients to trade when the opportunity arises and focusing all of my energy on finding new clients.

What strategy did you follow to keep your clients engaged during the contest?

Provide daily trading strategies.

Always be there for clients when they need it.

Maintaining a good relationship with the broker is also important in order to receive good support: Support is available 24/7, deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly, low fees and tight spreads.

When I win an award, I will be more confident and proud, making it easier to grow my IB business.
