What is the biggest challenge of being an IB? How do you deal with it?
The biggest challenge for me is the big number of new clients coming from one IB. I have many existing clients. So, the biggest difficulty was to handle all these newly introduced Clients. To solve this problem, I organised my teams to keep these clients engaged and support them effectively.
In your opinion, what makes an IB successful?
In my opinion, as with any other type of business, the IB business requires you to be reliable, passionate, and good hearted to achieve consistent success. For example, if you are enthusiastic about what you are doing, care about your clients and work hard, you will learn more about the market and improve yourself to serve the clients in the best possible way.

Trust and reliability.
What is the biggest challenge of being an IB? How do you deal with it?
The challenge I have as an IB at Tickmill is that when clients are not well versed in IT or Forex, I need to guide them very carefully. Before I became an IB, I was just a trader. During my time as a trader, I went through many processes and experiences. From that experience and exhaustion, I wanted to become an IB and I received full support and guidance not only in the phase of opening an account but also in the actual process of trading by receiving signal and basic forex support.
In your opinion, what makes an IB successful?
I believe that all IBs were successful. It does not matter who wins the contest or not. The difference is the effort put into running an IB business. No matter what business a person runs, they must set their own intentions and have their own goals. With that planning and goals we add more effort but what matters the most is that they work hard and are confident in themselves.
